He brings a methodical, structured approach to delivering complex business and technology solutions. He is adept at building high-performing teams, managing 3rd party & off-shore suppliers and managing stakeholder relationships up to executive board level.
Anil has extensive experience in process modelling & optimisation, technology infrastructure and systems. He has worked in a wide range of industries including: law, retail, professional services and public sector.

Experienced Business Change and Customer Success Consultant responsible for developing strategic change management programmes for large global clients distributed across diverse networks. Taryn is an expert at building and nurturing communities that help minimise resistance to change and maximise adoption to new technologies. Originally a Cloud Trainer, Taryn understands the impact new technologies have at an end-user level, anticipates how the change will affect roles across the organisation and prepares stakeholders. This establishes the value of a robust adoption framework at the very beginning.
